Sunset Hill Basement

After updating their garage, our clients had us back to attend to their unfinished basement.

We added a bedroom, bathroom, utility room and plywood-wrapped storage space. Alongside the practical additions, the entire space was reinsulated to a high degree and futureproofed with cable routing to support a server in the storage space.

We also helped the client realize an LED sunset detail along the entire exterior wall. The entire array is indexed and custom controlled to allow them to design a light show along their shelving.

The bathroom features a curbless shower with cement and zelige tile, as well as a custom-hung solid marble sink. This all works to emphasize luxurious textures in the small space.
