Sunset Hill Garage

The client’s desire to reduce waste drove our design decisions to rehab rather than tear down this garage. We brought this structure back from the brink with a structural update, new siding, a new roof, and a new carriage door.

The design was forward-thinking as we prepared the space for future updates, including charging capacity for two electric vehicles.

Later, they had us back to do their basement.
